Arun Yerra

Arun Yerra is the Principal Mobile Network Architect in the Wireless R&D group at CableLabs (Santa Clara, CA). He actively contributes to the 3GPP SA1 working group and leads research on the evolution of network architectures in both Wi-Fi and mobile networks. His current focus is on enhancing Quality of Experience (QoE) in wireless networks through AI/ML techniques. Before joining CableLabs, Arun worked as a Software Architect, developing Software-Defined Networking (SDN) solutions for both wired and wireless networks, and building cloud infrastructure orchestration systems. He holds a master’s degree in computer science from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras, India.
