Chris Corcimiglia is the Vice President of the Future Infrastructure Group at CableLabs, a non-profit research & development and innovation lab funded by the global cable industry. He leads the strategic planning and execution for the future of access network technologies and software platforms. His areas of expertise include research and development of software-defined networks, network as a service, cloud native architectures, data modeling and API-first design. Prior to joining CableLabs, Chris worked within the defense and aerospace industry in southern California, supporting The Boeing Company and General Dynamics. Most recently, Chris led the data assurance and data maintenance efforts for a large Boeing satellite program. A native of Rochester, N.Y., Chris earned a B.S. degree in Computer Engineering Technology and an M.S. degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Data Management from Rochester Institute of Technology. Chris is married to his high school sweetheart. They have two beautiful daughters that dance competitively. They reside in Cumming, Georgia, a suburb north of Atlanta, but remain avid Buffalo Bills fans. Go Bills!
