Levac first established his career at PLP by utilizing his decade-long experience as a cable splicer to provide exceptional training, troubleshooting, and customer service to the company’s end users. His early success quickly led to a promotion to Field Sales Representative in 1991, where he oversaw the sales and product support for the five-state region of Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, and Wisconsin. In 1998, he was promoted to Western Regional Sales Manager, and in 2017 he was promoted to National Sales Manager, Communications Markets, where he oversaw and implemented PLP’s national sales strategy. In 2023, Levac was once again promoted at PLP, this time to Senior New Business Development Manager, where he was tasked with leading the company’s business development initiatives within the communications market. Currently, Levac shares eight (8) patents with PLP and 4 additional patents pending for the communication and utility industries.
Throughout his 40+ year career within the telecommunications industry, Levac has continuously and proudly shared his knowledge and expertise through involvement with many different industry organizations and committees, including:
