Mark Burke, EdD, is the Senior Director of Learning Strategy for Judge Learning Solutions, the learning division of The Judge Group, where his team consults with clients to help them assess their situation, create a strategy, and design and develop a best-in-class custom learning solution. Mark’s experience includes the creation and management of five different online universities, the design and development of learning curricula for dozens of Fortune 100 companies, and 20+ years of creating and implementing learning strategies in both the corporate and higher education environment. He received his doctorate in instructional technology with a focus on distance learning and quantitative statistics and methodology from Northern Illinois University. He resides outside Chicago with his four children, wonderful wife, and adorable dog.
