Kelli Southern

Kelli Southern is the AVP of Skills and Learning at Cox Communications. In this role, she oversees curriculum development, leadership development, skills strategy and product training for the enterprise. Kelli has over 25 years of diverse experience in sales, sales management, sales enablement, operations, learning and leadership development. Prior to Cox Communications, Kelli worked for 18 years at Cox Automotive managing both sales and operations teams. Throughout her career she has proven her ability to build high-performing teams focused on building and executing strategies aligned with company goals to deliver measurable results. She is an influential and strategic leader that delivers in complex business environments. Kelli holds a BBA in Marketing from the University of Georgia.
