Lei Zhou received Ph.D degree from Stevens Institute of Technology in 2004. She is a principle engineer and network architect with Charter Communications. She was with Arris, Google and Motorola as a principle engineer. Her expertise is in hybrid coax /DOCSIS systems, distributed access architecture and wireless communications.
