Marcela Martinez

Marcela Martinez has 17 years of experience in the telecommunications sector. She is currently a Senior Fixed Access Planning Engineer at Claro Colombia. She has worked in Video, HFC Access network deployment, Internet Core planning areas, and now leads the Access planning of HFC and PON fixed networks. She supports the integration of networks and platforms from acquisitions of other companies. She evaluates solutions that contribute to the convergence of networks and services in a scalable way for the different segments: residential, business, and mobile. Marcela holds an Electronics Engineering degree from the Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas and holds a Specialist in Telecommunications Business Management degree from the Universidad de los Andes, in addition to several industry certifications.
