CableLabs

Matt has worked in the cable industry on DOCSIS and other technologies for over 20 years with CableLabs and several manufacturers. He has led or been a major contributor to multiple projects at CableLabs including convergence, latency, DOCSIS 3.1, DOCSIS 3.0, DSG, Modular CMTS, CCAP, and C-DOCSIS. His current focus areas are coherent optics, where he led the P2P Coherent Optics project and currently leads the Coherent PON (CPON) effort, as well as CableLabs Certification programs.
