Mike Darling is a Principal Engineer at Rogers Communications where he has worked since 2008. He started in the Standards and Architecture team where he tested and deployed network hardware as well as helped develop Shaw’s FTTP architecture. In 2014 Mike moved into the Technology Strategy team where he worked on network upgrade strategy, including mid-split deployment plans.
