Mike has a Bachelor’s in Corporate Communications and a Master’s in Engineering Management and Systems Reliability from Drexel University. He brings with him 17 years of operational experience with Comcast. As a Critical Infrastructure Engineer with Comcast’s HQ labs, Mike combines his passions for network reliability, testing, and seeking areas of improvement for energy efficiency.
