Nicole Wininger is the Director of Customer Care Operations at Blue Ridge Communications, where she has guided improvements in service quality and team development for over 20 years. As part of the Blue Ridge leadership team, she has helped the organization earn recognition as Cablefax’s Independent Operator of the Year and achieved Top 3 Internet Customer Service All-Star honors from CTAM for two consecutive years. Nicole participates in the Syndeo Institute’s CX Collaborative and serves on their Advisory Board. With a background in Six Sigma and as a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), she combines process optimization expertise with a people-centric leadership approach. Nicole is an active industry voice on customer experience and leadership, passionate about mentoring future leaders and unlocking potential within the industry.
