In 2015, Mountin was promoted to General Manager, where he oversaw daily operations, streamlined project management practices, and helped expand the company’s market reach. His leadership during this period was instrumental in strengthening Midwest Fiber Solutions’ reputation for reliability and technical expertise in fiber optic splicing.
By 2020, his strategic vision and operational leadership led to his promotion as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this executive role, Mountin continues to guide company-wide initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and drive innovation in service delivery, all while maintaining a sharp focus on safety, efficiency, and quality.
