Steve Markham

Steven tells the story of technology. How it advances human progress, sustains our planet, and shapes our universe. This positive evolution touches everything we do every day of our lives. As the North America Sustainability Community Lead for Presales, his charge is to stay focused on emerging sustainable technologies and support the Presales Architecture teams through education and enablement. Steve also holds the honor of being an Office of the CTO Ambassador, as well as a Sustainable Technology Champion through Dell’s world class ESG organization. Prior to joining the Dell team in 2017, Steven spent a number of years in technical leadership for large Investment and Finance organizations. As well, he helped grow and develop multiple technology startups in the public cloud and data storage & services spaces. In all, Steven has been a trusted advisor and servant leader in varying technology fields for over 27 years. Steven’s other interests include family, fine art, and fitness. He is a doting husband and father of two college students. Steven volunteers in local art organizations as both an artist and administrator. He loves cycling, tennis, and basketball.
