Wendy Rosen is Assistant Vice President of Consumer Insights for Cox Communications. In this role, she oversees all market research initiatives for Cox’s Residential and Commercial Services businesses including product, brand, and shopper insights. Her team’s work provides the foundation for key business decisions impacting marketing, brand and sales strategy, new product innovation and commercialization, and customer experience. Much of her work focuses on customer acquisition and retention programs, value propositions, brand communications and advertising effectiveness, and new product development. Wendy joined Cox in 2014 as Senior Manager overseeing market research programs for Cox’s Residential Broadband Business and Cox Communities focused on Multi-Dwelling Properties. During her tenure with Cox, Wendy has supported many flagship product launches such as Cox Panoramic Wifi, Gigabit (and now multi-gig) broadband speed tiers, Cox’s residential fiber broadband, and Cox Mobile. Wendy has a passion for translating the voice of the consumer into the building blocks for successful business strategies with over 30 years of experience in consumer insights roles in telecommunications, consumer and commercial healthcare, and consumer goods businesses. Prior to joining Cox, Wendy held market research roles at the Kimberly-Clark Corporation, Novartis Pharmaceutical, The Clorox Company, and Yankelovich Partners (now part of Kantar Consulting). Wendy received her BA of Marketing and Master of Marketing Research degrees from The University of Georgia in Athens, GA. She lives in Johns Creek, GA.
