Amy Lynch is President of Comcast’s Northeast Division. She is a seasoned senior executive leading a team responsible for operations across fifteen northeastern states, from Maine through North Carolina including the District of Columbia.

With over 30 years of experience in telecommunications, media, and technology, she has spent 22 years at Comcast holding senior leadership roles across Technical Operations, Engineering and Construction, Sales and Marketing, and Customer Experience.

In her previous leadership roles, Amy served as Comcast West Division Senior Vice President of Customer Experience and Customer Operations, overseeing customer experience strategy, technical operations, logistics and tools. She also held various executive roles including Regional Senior Vice President of Comcast’s Mountain West and Washington Regions, Vice President of Engineering Operations for Comcast’s West Division and Regional Vice President of Technical Operations for the California Region.

Amy has received numerous accolades throughout her career. In 2023, she was inducted into the Cable TV Pioneers, and in 2022 she was part of the Comcast team awarded a Technology & Engineering Emmy® by the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (NATAS) for innovation in virtualized Cable Modem Termination Systems (vCMTS). She has been recognized as Woman of the Year by the Women in Cable Telecommunications Rocky Mountain Chapter, one of San Francisco Business Times’ Most Influential Women, one of Seattle’s Women to Watch, and has been on Cablefax Magazine’s Top 100 Regional Power Players list for more than a decade. 

She is also a dedicated community leader, serving on several boards and committees including the Comcast NBCUniversal Foundation, Girls Inc. of Metro Denver, and Colorado’s Woman’s Foundation. 

A New England native, Amy and her husband live near Boston, MA. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut in addition to leadership certificates from Dartmouth, Tuck School of Business and Harvard.
