With nearly two decades of dedicated service at Mediacom, Becky currently serves as the Director of Business Relations Management, overseeing a segment of the Network Operations Center. Her career at Mediacom began in 2005, and her commitment to excellence has been recognized through a series of progressive roles, culminating in the current position since 2021. Becky is responsible for managing critical business relationships with the company’s largest clients, ensuring top-tier service reliability and satisfaction. She leads a team focused on Performance Monitoring and Problem Management across a network spanning 22 states. Her duties involve creating and analyzing operational statistics, managing Service Level Agreements, and engaging with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex issues and drive continuous improvement. Previously, as Senior Manager, she successfully managed a team of four, spearheaded the development of a new Problem Management group, and played a pivotal role in enhancing network operations. Her work involved crafting detailed reports, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring seamless communication and conflict resolution within the team. Becky’s foundational experience includes roles such as Internet Technical Support Supervisor and Telephone Activation Center Specialist, where she honed her skills in team management, performance tracking, and customer support. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s in Business Management with a focus on Information Technology from Hamilton College. Her qualifications are further supported by certifications in Business Relationship Management (BRMP) and ITIL, underscoring her expertise in service management and operational excellence.
