Hossam Salib Is currently VP at IP Infusion. IPI Infusion provides carriers with disaggregated networking solutions. IPI solutions allows carriers to upgrade their access, aggregation and transport networks with advanced open disaggregated network SW running on white box switches
Hossam was also Vice-President Access Technology Strategy at Comcast. Focus on Next Gen. access technologies (Fiber, Coax & wireless). The team develops Architectures, products and technologies for the Comcast Access network. Hossam was also VP, Cable & Wireless Strategy at ADTRAN. Hossam led Adtran’s strategy supporting the cable industry globally with new technologies and products. Hossam was also responsible for driving ADTRAN’s wireless strategy, building a Fixed Wireless product portfolio. Hossam also co-founded Aktino in 2003 defining & building the industry’s first 4/8 Pair Bonded ADSL2/VDSL2 products with Vectoring and MIMO. Hossam worked with carries introducing these technologies / products (AT&T, Verizon, France Telecom, British Telecom, Telecom Italia)
