An employee with Cox since 2010, for the past five years Jim has been the primary data scientist for the Platform Data Analytics team. The group’s specialty is finding inefficiencies and anomalous behavior within infrastructure platforms to improve overall performance. Jim’s role has been to design and build the experiments used to identify the required process changes.
