Kevin Domer has 35 years of extensive experience in the cable industry; he began his career as a disconnect technician and steadily advanced through all levels of service, maintenance, and headend operations. His leadership journey includes managing network maintenance for a five-county area in California, where he led a team of 4 supervisors and 50 frontline technicians. Kevin then served as Compliance Manager for Comcast’s California Region, where he was instrumental in digitizing critical processes by implementing smartphone applications for training and tool inspections, eliminating paper records and significantly improving reporting and efficiency. Kevin currently leverages his extensive expertise as the National Security/Emergency Preparedness Manager at Comcast Headquarters.
