Mike Baldino joined Charter Communications in 2016 and is currently serving as the Senior Vice President, Enterprise Data & Infrastructure Solutions within the company. He has spearheaded the development and growth of the data ecosystem, enabling Charter to measure and enhance customer experience across its digital channels eKectively. His expertise spans cloud platforms, including the use and optimization of both public and private cloud environments, data analysis, machine learning/artificial intelligence, distributed systems, real-time analytics, and the creation of robust data lakes that support diverse analytical workloads.
Currently, Mike is focused on deploying enterprise AI platforms throughout Charter, driving advancements that integrate artificial intelligence into business processes and customer interactions. Additionally, he is dedicated to overseeing the unification of data platforms, data services, connectivity, cloud engineering, and enterprise infrastructure across both corporate and customer networks to enhance operational eKiciency and support business objectives.
Before joining Charter Communications, Mike spent 12 years at Accenture, where he specialized in Media & Entertainment systems integration. During his tenure, he was recognized for his ability to engineer complex solutions that catered to client-specific needs, enhancing service delivery and client satisfaction. Mike holds a BS in Management Information Systems from Iowa State University.
