Since joining ProLabs in 2015, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s product strategy and innovation. Currently serving as Vice President of Product Line Management, Ray oversees the entire portfolio of transceiver products, driving initiatives that maximize the value of existing fiber infrastructure and deliver cutting-edge connectivity solutions to global markets.
Ray began his career at ADC Telecommunications, where he built a strong foundation in network technologies and product development. His deep industry knowledge, strategic vision, and commitment to customer-centric innovation have made him a key figure in advancing ProLabs’ leadership in optical networking.
