Raymond Holton is a subject matter expert and specialist with over 20 years of experience in the streaming media and adtech industries. Through Raymond’s work at NBC Universal, ARRIS International, the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) Tech Lab, and Comcast Advertising, he has contributed to the development of adtech products and international standards, improving broadcast, MVPD, and streaming adtech solutions. He resides in Philadelphia, PA, and is a graduate of the Connecticut School of Broadcasting.
