Robyn Celestino

Robyn is General Counsel at the White House Office of the National Cyber Director (ONCD) where she advises on national cybersecurity policy and strategy. Prior to joining ONCD, Robyn served as an attorney at Jones Day, representing clients on high-stakes litigation, compliance, and regulatory matters with a focus on government contracts, international trade, and national security. Robyn has also held senior acquisition roles in the Department of War including serving as the Head of th Contracting Activity (HCA) for Air Force Special Programs (SAF/ACQS), Acting Director of Contracts for the Air Force Rapid Capabilities Office (AFRCO), and AFRCO Director of Contract Policy, overseeing multibillion dollar programs including the F-35 and B-21
bomber.
