Rohan Khatavkar is a Director of the Data Science team at Spectrum. His team builds AIML tools aimed at improving the reliability and quality of internet for spectrum customers. For example, these AIML tools can be leverage by the field technicians to query for intelligence such as summary of the past issues and resolutions for the customer and most likely resolution predicted for the current work order.
