Sierra Fuller

Sierra leads Senator Rosen’s tech and telecom policy, including her work on the Universal Service Fund Working Group and priorities on the Senate Commerce Committee and Senate Armed Services Committee. Prior to joining Senator Rosen’s policy team, she worked for Rep. Yvette D. Clarke (D-NY) and former Rep. Tom O’Halleran (D-AZ), both members of the House Energy and Commerce Committee. Before coming to Capitol Hill, she worked at a multi-client lobbying firm, Cornerstone Government Affairs, where she represented a range of industries, including tech and telecom clients. Sierra is a graduate of Colby College and a Seattle native.
