Island Booth Space
Exhibitors who have purchased raw space for an island booth receive the empty space as a blank slate for their booth build.
Island Booth Designs must be submitted to SCTE for approval to ensure compliance with rules and regulations. Submit your design via email to Maryssa Ramsey no later than Wed Aug 6.
Booth Design Specifications
- File Type – PDF
- Include all measurements (in feet and inches).
- Include rigging plan (if applicable).
- Show orientation of booth plan on show floor.
Dedicated electricity and dedicated internet for your booth are not included and must be ordered directly from the approved providers.
Flooring/carpeting for your booth is not provided but is required for all booths. Flooring/carpeting may be ordered from the event general contractor, Freeman Exhibitor Services, or brought by the exhibitor.
Upgraded turn-key booth solutions and custom build designs are available for purchase from the event general contractor, Freeman Exhibitor Services.
