Meeting Rooms
Exhibitors who have purchased a booth package from SCTE receive the following for their booth.
Includes:
- Booth constructed of flameproof side and back fabric drape, supported by an aluminum pipe frame.
- Gray carpet (Blue or black carpet may be substituted at no additional cost).
- Two (2) chairs for 100 sq. ft. space; or two (2) stools for 200 sq ft. space.
- One (1) skirted table for 100 sq. ft. space; or one (1) round black-top bistro table for 200 sq. ft. space.
- One (1) wastebasket.
- 200 pounds of material handling.
- One-time cleaning of your booth prior to the start of the event.
- A booth identification sign listing the company’s name and booth number.
Dedicated electricity and internet for your booth are not included and must be ordered directly from the approved providers.
Your booth package comes with grey carpeting. If you would like to switch your carpet color to either blue or black carpet, submit your request via email to Maryssa Ramsey no later than Wed. Aug. 13.
