Move-in begins for booths 900 sq. ft. and larger only Friday, September 20 at 1:00 pm. For all booths under 900 sq. ft., Exhibitor move-in begins Saturday, September 21 at 8:00 am. Exhibit area install must be completed by 9:15 am Tuesday, September 24. Dismantle begins at 1:15 pm Thursday, September 26. Any dismantling prior to this time is strictly prohibited.
Note: The exhibition hours also apply to meeting rooms located inside the exhibition.
