Joe has contiguous employment (Rogers, Paragon, Time Warner Cable, and Charter) in the cable industry for over 41 years. He is currently Vice President, Regulatory Affairs at Charter Communications Inc.
He is based in Washington D.C., and he serves as an advisor to internal stakeholders on public safety issues including, but not limited to; cyber security, national security/emergency preparedness, and crisis management. He also represents Charter to multiple government agencies; utilizing his industry expertise to help ensure the continuity of the nation’s communication infrastructure.
Throughout his career, he has served in leadership roles in many different capacities including technology operations, risk management, business continuity planning, safety, crisis management and policy. He currently serves in 3 industry elected roles. He is the Industry Vice Chair of the Communication Information Sharing Analysis Center, Secretary of the National Council of Information Sharing Analysis Centers, and he serves on the Executive Committee of the Communications Sector Coordinating Council.
