Nic is based in Tokyo and is Deloitte’s Global Future of Work Leader. Her work frequently involves helping clients understand and explore the ‘art of the possible’ in today’s world of perpetual disruption. This includes unleashing untapped opportunities for global transformation by harnessing global capabilities, experiences, and relationships to drive sustainable transformation. Nic embraces a holistic approach that aligns work, workforce, and workplace strategies—along with the organization structure, operating model, and culture—to help clients enable and accelerate a future focused vision and business strategy. Nic is especially passionate about multilateralism and the need for collective action across governments, the private sector, and civil society, to create a more sustainable, equitable, and inclusive world of work. Leading eminence activities around the Work Agenda is core to Nic’s focus. As well as research and authoring publications on the Future of Work topic, such as Deloitte’s Global Human Capital Trends Report and Generative AI and the Future of Work, Nic is a regular speaker at conferences and facilitator of board and executive strategy workshops.
