Scott Weinstein

Scott Weinstein is Vice President, ANS Product Management at CommScope. He has been with CommScope since 2010, via Aurora Networks, Pace and ARRIS. Before joining Aurora Networks, Weinstein was a managing director in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications Group at Piper Jaffray & Co, and prior to that, with Thomas Weisel Partners and Wessels, Arnold & Henderson. During his 15 years in the financial banking and mergers-and-acquisitions sector, Weinstein was involved in close to 100 corporate transactions and financing deals valued in excess of $15 billion. He has a BS Engineering and a BS Finance from the University of Pennsylvania.
