- Move-in for booths 900 sq. ft. and larger only begins Thu, Sep 25.
- Move-in for all booths under 900 sq. ft. begins Fri, Sep 26.
- Meeting rooms in the hall will be accessible starting Sat, Sep 27 at 12:00 pm.
- Exhibit area installation must be completed by 10:30 am Mon, Sep 29. No heavy construction permitted Monday morning.
- Dismantle begins at 1:15 pm, Wed, Oct 1. Any dismantling prior to this time is strictly prohibited.
Access Control
Exhibitors must submit a staff/crew list for exhibitor staff and any third-party contractors that will require venue access during build-up days prior to the event.

Only listed individuals will be granted access during setup days. This list is for setup only, not for event registration.
