Meeting Room
Exhibitors who have purchased a meeting room in the exhibit hall receive the following.
Includes:
- MIS structure with PVC panels on all sides with a door and carpet.
- One (1) Conference table with six (6) black diamond armchairs for 200 sq. ft. room; or One (1) round conference tables with four (4) black diamond armchairs for 100 sq. ft. room.
- Company logo on meeting room door.
Dedicated electricity and internet for your meeting room are not included and must be ordered directly from the approved provider if needed.
