Brandy Riherd

Brandy Riherd is the Director of Data Science within the Network Analytics and Reliability Enablement organization at Cox Communications. With over 18 years of experience in analytics—and more than a decade at Cox—she has focused on harnessing the power of data to improve network performance and elevate the customer experience. Her work spans ad hoc analysis, real-time analytics applications, machine learning, and the integration of generative AI and large language models (LLMs) into network intelligence solutions.  More recently, Brandy has led efforts in the Network Alarming and Correlation domain, helping drive proactive insights and system-wide reliability improvements. She is passionate about transforming complex customer interaction and network data into actionable strategies that support operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
