Sung-eun Kim is a network planning engineer in Technology group at Cox Communications. She works access network capacity planning, traffic engineering, data consumption analysis, and strategic network & product planning. She received her Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in 2006.
